What It’s Like to Run Event Photography at Hilton Sydney

Hilton Sydney offers a central CBD location with a range of function spaces suited to corporate events and conferences. Each space presents slightly different lighting and layout characteristics.

Ballroom and main spaces: Designed for conferences and large events, with variable lighting depending on setup.
Breakout and lower level rooms: More controlled environments where lighting can be more limited.
Networking areas: Typically warmer and more ambient in tone
Access and logistics: Central location, with planning required for efficient bump in when using larger setups. Valet parking really helps.

This familiarity allows us to adapt to each space, manage lighting challenges effectively, and deliver consistent results across the full event.
