What technical equipment and file standards do you provide?

We shoot on commercial full frame camera systems with dual card redundancy, utilising professional flash units tailored for complex venue lighting. All images are captured in RAW, colour graded, and supplied as high resolution files alongside web optimized versions. Full perpetual usage rights are included as standard. Video typical options are ProRes / N-RAW / RED RAW / 4K / premium bit rates.

What public liability insurance and compliance standards do you maintain?

We hold $10M Public Liability Insurance (PLI), adhere to site specific WH&S standards, and can accommodate formal Non Disclosure Agreements (NDAs). Our photography crew also maintains Working With Children Checks (WWCC) where mixed demographic forums require it. Let us know if this is important for your specific event.

What information do you need from us before the event?

We normally ask for the event run sheet, venue information, key speakers or VIPs, important moments, branding requirements and any specific delivery deadlines. This allows us to plan coverage to your specific event needs. We also offer a pre event meeting and post event debrief.
