1. How do I request a quote for my event?

Answer: You can request a quote by filling out our online form or contacting us directly via email or phone. Please provide details about your event, such as the date, location, and type of event.

2. What information do you need to provide an accurate quote?

Answer: To provide an accurate quote, we need the event date, location, duration, number of attendees, and any specific photography requirements you have. The form has a few sections where you can quickly add the pertinent details, some are multiple choice to help make it quick and easy.

3. How far in advance should I book your services?

Answer: We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred date, especially during peak seasons. For large multi-day events ideally, make contact a few months in advance. For one day or a few hours we can usually fit you in, no worries.

4. Can I schedule a consultation before booking?

Answer: Absolutely! We offer a free 20 minute consultation to discuss your event and photo and video needs. This helps us understand your requirements and provide a tailored quote.

5. What is included in your event photography packages?

Answer: Our packages typically include a pre-event consultation, a custom photography plan, coverage on the event day, professional editing of photos, and a digital gallery of the final images for you to download them. We can also tailor packages to meet your specific needs.

6. How do I confirm my booking?

Answer: To confirm your booking, we require a written go ahead and a deposit. The remaining balance is due pre session.

7. We’ve had another provider cancel last minute, can you help?

Answer: If you have had someone cancel on you at the last minute, contact us and we’ll do our best or refer you to someone who may be able to help.

8. How long will it take to receive my photos?

Answer: You can expect to receive your professionally edited photos within 7 days after the event off peak season. If you need some highlight photos either on location or overnight, we have several services to help.

9. Do you offer videography services as well?

Answer: Yes, we offer videography services in addition to photography. Please mention your interest in videography when requesting a quote so we can include it in your package.

10. Can you accommodate last-minute bookings?

Answer: We do our best to accommodate every last-minute booking pending our availability. Contact us as soon as possible to check our availability for your event date.
